AT THE CHECKOUT, SELECT A COLLECT TIME CONVENIENT TO YOU
Select a date and time that’s convenient for you to collect and we will have your purchases packed and ready for pickup.
By nominating a collection time we can prepare your items before pickup to ensure faster collection and save you time.

~ Step 3 ~
COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION
Please check your order, then once completed either print a copy of your confirmation or bring along on your mobile device to quote your order number to staff.

~ Step 4 ~
COLLECT YOUR ITEMS
Show your Membership Card for ID, then quote your Order Number, either printed or on your mobile device.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf (for example, a family member or spouse), please make sure to give us a call, email or letter of authority to approve that your items may be collected by this person. They will need to supply Photo ID so we can verify or they may call you if needed.

What is Click & Collect?
We have invested in delivering this premium online store feature to offer our customers the opportunity to be able to make their purchases before they come in to collect/fill out next script.
This feature saves time and hassle and allows you to browse and shop at your leisure in your own time.
What products are available for Click and Collect?
We have selected the best brands we know our customers love to buy. However, this is your store. If we don’t have one of your favourite products online, just let us know and we will do everything to place it online in no time.
Which stores offer Click & Collect?
At this stage Click & Collect is only offered at South Yarra Pharmacy and Oggs Pharmacy.
However, we are in the process of developing the Spencer Street Pharmacy and Flinders Station Pharmacy websites. In the future you will be able to shop across all 4 stores and Collect from the store of your choice.
How long does it take?
Your order will be ready to collect at your chosen collection date and time. It’s that easy!
Please note, on some public holidays we may have reduced trading hours. Notification of reduced trading hours will be via our Facebook page and our website.
Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?
If someone else is collecting on your behalf (for example, a family member or spouse), please make sure to give us a call, email or letter of authority to approve that your items may be collected by this person. They will need to supply Photo ID so we can verify or they may call you if needed.
Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to access your order once it has been placed. To ensure efficient processing, your order is closed as soon as it is processed. When you collect your order you will be able to return any unwanted items to that store for a refund back to the card used to place the order.
I've collected my order, but it isn't what I was after. Can I return Click & Collect purchases?
Yes. If a product is not right, we are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our refunds policy.
Do I need to bring any form of ID or confirmation with me when I collect my order?
Yes, you will need your Membership Card or Proof of ID plus your order confirmation either printed or displayed on your mobile device. We will be able to match this with the correct order displayed on your pre-packed purchases
